Personal Information

My family has been in the temple town of Trichy for about 130 years. I have a passion for Trichy and nearby ancient sites, its history and architecture. And I have read many books about it. In the early days I was a language tutor. Studying the history of India and the Tamil or Chola Empire is why I am doing this guiding profession now. I have been working as a guide for 33 years after passing the guide exam conducted by the Government of India. I am fluent in Tamil and English. In 40 years of guiding career I have attracted many national tourists with my services. They have praised me a lot for this. I celebrate the diversity of my city. I am well aware of the festivities here. I pay close attention to the culture and customs of the people here. It is very useful for my guiding profession and able to explain in depth information about it to foreigners. I am truly passionate about what I do and work hard to ensure that my tours are unique to each of my clients I welcome inquiries and can tailor a tour to suit your interests.
